Malabar Institute Of Technology GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
Malabar Institute of Technology has a robust Grievance Redressal Mechanism
in place for the student community.
The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is constituted for the purpose of redressal
of grievances of students. The students can express their grievance online using
their username and password.
At the primary level, the faculty-in-charge listens to the problem in detail. If the
situation demands, the concerned faculty can contact the parent/guardian/hostel
warden. The unresolved problems can be referred to the HoD of the concerned
department. At the appellate level, the principal will redress all the unresolved
cases in consultation with the college council.
The college assures students that once a complaint is made, it will be treated
with sensitivity and as confidential.
